My dog is so sombre that if he attended church it would probably be a Gaelic speaking one in the Outer Hebrides

Wee Reverend Geordie loves
To stroll
Along the barren beach
It suits his dour
Presbyterian soul
For there is no sinner there
For him to greet
So set in presbyterian
Ways is he
That he only barks in psalms
And if he does see a sinner there
He'll simply greet him
With a snarl
