Loving Me by Carmel S. Victor Friday, February 27, 2004 Not rated by the Author. Share Print Save Become a Fan "Love thy neighbor as thyself." So how do you learn to love your neighbor if you don't know how to love yourself? And how do you love yourself if you don't know how to love your neighbor? It's a process. And the only requirement is your dedication. God will do the rest.
I woke up this morning and searched for you. When I couldn't find you I realized That inside of me I needed me too. Over and over I analyzed, The things about me that I carried for long. Not that I'm crazy or bad or stupid, But, that I am an imperfect person Who is just not completely solid. In the potter's shop is where you'll find me. Molded through but not yet ready. Just allow me to keep searching for me, And I promise you I'll end up steady. I know that change cannot be bought. At least I believe this with no doubt. Yet in the mirror I see a beautiful pot That's still in the making at the potter's house. Copyright �2004 Carmel S. Victor
