Where Is He? (Poetry) - 12/16/2002 8:21:17 PM
Wow! Imagine how glad you will feel when you do find him? As young as you are it is pushing it a bit at whatever comes along. Never settle for that! You are obviously doing something right for most never find true happiness until much later because they were impatient and wasted time with someone who did not turn out to be the right one because they gave up and settled for the "right now" instead of the "long haul". The write is great and it is good to get that out to share what is inside. "Rewards come to those who wait" still remains true.

i'm looking for "mr. right," too...haven't found him...just about given up...maybe one day when i least expect it, BAM! there he'll be. this is a very intense write...it shows desperation and longing...hopefully, you'll find him soon. i've just about given up! (((HUGS))) and hope you have a very merry christmas...love, karla. :)
Rape Victim (Poetry) - 10/28/2002 2:12:14 PM
You should be applauded for speaking out. Too many women who suffer this torture are silenced by their own embarrassment. They need to learn from brave women like you that what happened to them is not their fault. Excellent inspirational poem.

The Rock From Grandma's Grave (Poetry) - 10/28/2002 12:38:18 PM
All react differently to Death. My family comes from a small town, and I find all my loved ones there; four grandparents, a father, and great-grandparents--all within fifty feet. I feel like I am at home when I walk through the graves. lgl

The harm comes in the fear to talk, exposing such crime is a must. One can recover, when others are there for you. lgl
