I must say, Rae, you do have an incredible knack for opening a story. I have read both this one, and the one about the two spinster sisters. Excellent work. Now I must find out how to get to the magazines so I can read the rest! Jean

“Floating into Tomorrow” flows on waves of philosophy reflecting on life’s ontologic and bliss thoughts. It is an outstanding composition in poetic feelings. I salute You, Poet. Andre Emmanuel Bendavi ben-YEHU

Glad you reminded me of it. 'Been spendin' too much time on the Net. Thank you for posting this. Itis a perfect example of show-don't-tell. . .rich with detail and very vivid. B R A V A !!! 'Pea' <3

This is almost like a short story in a poem, how the mind wonders when running. Unique and the altered rhyme scheme caught me off guard at first but once I found the rhythm it was smooth sailing. J. P.S. Thanks for the message.

Dear Rae This is great! "...Sometimes, the best we can do is stay afloat, Never knowing exactly where the currents will carry us..." A timely life message! "...We are all of us adrift, Babes in baskets of our own design. Might as well enjoy the atmosphere.." Wonderful reminder of our Oneness and inseparability on the great journey of mysterious life! Love & Unity Suzie :-)

This is superb--creative, witty, discriptive. A great escape from the cliches that I have read before this one this morning. Great descriptions of emotions and experiences and feelings mixed together. J.
