This poem is not meant to support any particular agenda but to encourage the inocent from infants in the womb to children, teens, young adults, both men and women, the retired and beyond. Thank you all for your comments and I hope you will continue to meet needs with kind noble deeds in your world.
Memories While In The Womb (Poetry) - 10/11/2012 3:52:09 PM
This fascinating journey to the outside world is a joy to read. Indeed, each life is a masterpiece. To think that God forms each one in the womb (Psalm 139) boggles my mind!
Quoting David Jeremiah, "God loves you; He always has; He always will!"
And btw, newborn babies do recognize mother's voice.
Beautifully written, Laurie!

Your love for the place comes shining through! Now I am curious. It sounds wonderful and terrible and compellingly beautiful. The picture proves it. Nice write. Be well, Kathy

I Saw Superman (Poetry) - 10/7/2012 9:06:00 AM
I saw Superman too, when he was in a wheelchair, just like me, advocating for stem cell research when religious zealots were resisting all efforts. Unfortunately, he lost his race for life, and I must carry on the crusade for a cure for spinal cord injury.
A thoughtful write that everyone should read.

I love this! Superman is in all of our hearts. As a memory and as a hero who might be one among many things that drive us to be helpful, even to our detriment. How clever of you to see him from this point of view. And a huge and happy thanks to all the Supermen and women out there! Be well, Kathy

I feel such excitement about Destiny, Sweet Destiny in your lines. And you are right. We must prepare and be willing to do the work to meet our destiny. God provides us choices and it is up to us to accept the challenge! Great message, thank you. Be well, Kathy

When you're open to God, He opens doors to incredible destiny!
Your writing here reminds me of God's writing about Wisdom in the Book of Proverbs. Good stuff!

Just an Ole Barn Cat (Poetry) - 9/21/2012 6:49:11 AM
I don't have a barn; I don't have a cat; but I would love to, and I love this story of your "family and friend" cat!
I like your line, "He massages my soul with his big coon paws." Such a peaceful impression you leave.
Just an Ole Barn Cat (Poetry) - 9/20/2012 2:48:38 AM
He sounds marvelous, and I have an old Maine Coon just like him.
