Everyone's Moving On (Poetry) - 10/13/2010 5:25:45 PM
I feel the same way, Gina. Deep inside, lonely! Maybe people are there but it's hard to get close to them. Everyone seems so busy, and even long distance friends are silent for ages or disappear. It's heart-breaking. Best Wishes, Christine

Everyone's Moving On (Poetry) - 10/13/2010 3:25:02 PM
This is a sad subject matter and yet is somehow written in an upbeat, totally positive way. Such poems show the depths of the heart, that even the poet may not be aware of. Most moving!

Burning Bridges (Poetry) - 9/16/2010 7:04:23 AM
I really like the way you and your poem embrace change ~ Blessings, Christine

Burning Bridges (Poetry) - 9/15/2010 6:43:33 PM
I still have some bridges that I definitely want to burn. I like what you did with this poem. It has integrity. Ciao, Ragno Donna

Mourning (Poetry) - 9/15/2010 3:02:13 PM
You remind me of me when I was first starting the process of writing poetry. Anyone who knows how self-absorbed I am can tell you that's a compliment. Don't be afraid to take major risks and write -everything-. Just keep writing like it's an obsession. Over time the trial and error tempers you into something polished and beautiful. I'm still working toward that and I look forward to watching you do it as well.

Burning Bridges (Poetry) - 9/14/2010 9:42:28 PM
Wise words, sometimes we stumble and sometimes we fall, but as the years pass we get better at remaining balance.

Burning Bridges (Poetry) - 9/14/2010 9:07:20 PM
Sometimes it is better to allow the bridges to remain in ashes and move ahead. Interesting piece and well structured... Be always safe, Karen

A wonderful expression of grieving. May your tears flow until the pain is gone And sunshine floods into the gloomy mourn.

Intellect Where (Poetry) - 8/31/2010 8:56:54 AM
Clever poem! And I understand your frustration. I don't have a tv, and I take most of the news in by way of public radio or word of mouth. It feels great! Blessings, Christine
