A good story, John. I'm glad to see you are writing here. Seems like a friendly place and it's full of good writers. You should feel at home.
I'm here now, too. Keep writing, John.

there are so many religious tellers that say,,you are a sinner. Who are they to tell? who are they to say? no matter how well we're doing, they'll always find some fault here or there. Dont listen to them if you think you're doing well,,,you most likely ...are!
nice write.

Such a state of confusion and pain that many people are in right now. We all have our questioning moments, but the best thing to do, is to close the book on the past, let it go, concentrate on living in the moment that you are "at". Don't worry about the future, just "be" at the moment right now, right here.
I always read "The Language of Letting Go" it is a book by an author Beattie, (can't remember her first name) a page a day and it really helps to focus on living in the moment.
Best wishes and peace and light and love your way,
Amber
