Radishes are great with mustard on a 1/2 a sandw.Mmm! or between 2 Breakfast sausages (cooked golden brown) and sliced radishes, I'm waiting for our aisle to grow, not yet do I see them stir... Our horseradish has thrived 2 years now and that I look forward too, on Roast Pork or Grilled.... I also use chopped radishes in my Egg Salad and of course in salads... YOU makin' me hungry! WE have our peppers to count on right now... and using in Sauces... GREAT Poem Gerald! Glad I gravitated over to YOU! WRITE ON! Cute, nice additive to salads. My garden has begun yielding roma tomatoes, green bell peppers. The rest have not grown big enough yet, still tiny sprouts... Be always safe, Karen
