What's in a Number? (Short Story) - 1/14/2015 7:16:50 AM
No matter how many times I enter lottery numbers, none of them ever come up. Does that mean I'm numberless? Or just clueless?
Yes, numbers control our lives. I was struggling with numbers this morning trying to pay a bill on the computer. I wonder if our primitive ancestors were interested in numbers. I'm sure they couldn't count the stars in the sky, but they must have had to ration whatever they gathered or hunted among their family members as a rudimentary way of doing fractions. Guess that's why kids hate fractions, it's hard to supersize them. ;-)

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry...what else can I say." Kathy, you may just need to say please forgive me. That should fix it. Looking forward to read some more of your poems. God Bless you!!

Wow- this is an amazing poem.
I hope it is part of a healing journey. We all need to take them, more than we know.
It is the journey to finding we are OK.
