Vesna, an entertaining creation with many wonderful lines to consider. There is passion, hot and wanton, and perspective shared. There is suggestion here too. I immediately thought of an old song whose lines proclaimed, "I'm gonna find me a reckless woman, with razor blades and dice in her eyes, just a touch of sadness in her fingers, and thunder and lightning in her thighs". A malaise we all endure in various stages of our lives. I am reminded of an old song popularized by Ed Ames, 'Who Will Answer'. "In the fury of the moment when the fears of doubt ring out, who, who will answer?" We are more often than not too critical of ourselves and thus it is easy to be really down. Take a different tack and assess all that you have and all that you have to offer others. This will often make the 'Hollowness" go away. I wish you love and peace my friend. Jon Michael

I can tell you that my prayer life has increased substantially in these times. From one day to the next you just don't know what's going to happen. And now, more than ever, clearheadedness and wisdom is mandatory as each individual navigates the birth-pangs the earth is experiencing. as david icke always remarks, we are spiritual beings here on earth having a human experience. this is where the confusion lies; however, he also says that at some point, we chose to be here at this particlur time for a particular reason. imagine the concept of that! it would be like volunteering to partake in a play to act a certain role at a certain point in the plot; but when you actually arrive on stage, you can't recall why you're there or what you're supposed to be doing. for those who are perhaps a bit more perceptive than others, he or she may finally arrive at the epiphany: "oh, i must be here on stage for a reason, as i'm sure it's no accident." that's when we reach for the light, learn our proper lines and transcend confusion and dismay. excellent poem!!
