I imagine there is a lot more to this book than is apparent in this excerpt. However I enjoyed reading this so far. Best wishes with the book
Too Much (Book) - 9/9/2003 7:45:11 AM
I recently had the opportunity and pleasure to read the manuscript of "Too Much". I found it to be the most horror-filled story I've read in a long time. The characters are so richly written that I found myself feeling their pain and terror. I highly recommend this read.

Black Widows (Short Story) - 10/5/2003 6:41:15 AM
Good chilling write! Wow! Gives me the goosebumps! I hate crawling insects!
Spiders are difficult to control once they've populated. They grow and re-grow in large numbers. Hope all is well by now.

Haunted House (Short Story) - 9/26/2003 9:18:09 AM
I heard a bit about this one from my ex-girlfriend who stayed in that one. I was trying to think where it was in Des Moines. You should make this one into a full length short story.
Remembering Ottumwa (Article) - 11/29/2003 5:05:35 PM
Those people with memories to cherish call them 'good ole days.' To the rest of us - good riddance! I love your carefree writing style and sense of humor. Keep writing! We need more people like you around.
Po-it (Poetry) - 1/13/2004 5:54:40 PM
Cut the grass
Cement the lawn
Invite your neighbours
Poo until dawn
Chase their dogs
Give them the broom
Sweep and shovel
The dogs help to groom
Grass rhymes with neighbours
Lawn rhymes with dawn
Dogs rhymes with shovel
and broom rhymes with groom
Ah well...and so on...and so on...

Po-it (Poetry) - 1/13/2004 4:25:51 PM
If I may be so crass, it does if you paint it green and pretend that it's grass.
Po-it (Poetry) - 1/13/2004 4:25:15 PM
Maybe cement does rhyme with grass, and you are the world's smartest poet - and some day, we'll know it!
Po-it (Poetry) - 1/13/2004 4:15:27 PM
william...you are NOT the world's worst poet...who ever gave you that idea? i happen to like the way you write; and so do other people here! don't ever believe that you can't write because you CAN! i believe in you, and you should believe in yourself!
A poetic Attempt (Poetry) - 1/13/2004 4:13:16 PM

Po-it (Poetry) - 1/13/2004 4:11:56 PM
"...but i will never stop believing that cement rhymes with grass..."
don't give up...it may not be the "correct" word, but write for you, not for anyone else
keep being an individualist, be your own poet, and keep writing

A poetic Attempt (Poetry) - 10/26/2003 12:31:12 PM
