whenever i feel dis-connected within myself and my surroundings, I'll often have a dance in my backyard, as well as spending time in the country when I can. I also love feeling the energy from trees when I hug and thank them for the gift they give us :)

excellent expression, we are continually in the cross choice of higher consciousness...these trees help us to feel the subtle energy of past choices, obviously inappropriate for the forests well being, which is also a mirror to the well being of humanity...and it doesn't look healthy...
