This is heartbreaking. Unfortunately, the government is trying to cut even the few entitlements that Veterans have left. I have a friend who works in a Vets Hospital and he often tells me the way it is there. (He was a medic on one of the big trop carrier helicopters, and he still has nightmares about it.)

Peggy and Eileen, Thanks for you comments. It has been many years since I have been in such a state. These days if i need someone to talk to when I can't share with my wife I turn to my Lord. He never has failed me...Don

This is a superb tribute to your brothers, Don. Two of my uncles were in Vietnam. One of my best friends is a Vet. So many people are still being touched by this war. And for some, the curtain will never fall. For you, and your brothers, I raise my glass.
