To My Mom (Poetry) - 9/24/2008 6:44:39 AM
This is a beautiful, loving and sincere tribute to your mother. Your poem reflects the hardships, challenges, bond, and faith that you shared with your mother. Although you did not see "eye to eye" with your mother, your love and dedication continued to strengthen.
If you have time, stop by my authors den sometime and check out my works.
Hear Me Out (Poetry) - 4/19/2006 3:22:51 AM
I love your poem. It is such a hard choice to make. I made my choice MANY years ago. I'm sorry it is still so hard. I'm sorry people are still so harsh. Welcome to the club.

When one feels the need to almost appologise for their being.
Proves it is a mad bad stupid world, that many judgemental people live in...
Can only be who you are..

Make It Stop (Poetry) - 5/17/2004 7:26:37 AM
Theresa, if we do stop now our life may be no more. If we drop our guard and don't defend the US ... then not a few men/women will be falling ... but maybe millions will die. We have to fight ... maybe not in Iraq but the 3,000 people we lost in th last attack on us taught us that. But I just don't think we are defending ourselves in
the right way. The money used in Iraq now going into almost 200 billion could be spent on many more effective defensive things for the US. AND WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO FREE OURSELVES ON OUR DEPENDANCY
FOR OIL OR BECOME A SECOND CLASS NATION. We have known this for years. There are many things we need to do. SUCH AS FERRETING OUT THE PIG BEN LADEN and his gang. But they are not in Iraq. So what is the solution. I am just running on at the mouth. So much could be said about this. Bill Murray
p.s. I enjoyed reading your ... it is making me think.

Excellent tribute to your Mom Theresa. Along this vein read my new song/poem "Happy Mothers Day In Hell," and you will see and feel the agony of not being with your Mom. Hope it stikes at you heart.

Beautiful tribute to your mom; you are blessed to have her this Mother's Day! (I lost my mother 14 years ago, so Mother's Day is not a very good or happy day for me.)
(((HUGS))) and much love to you (and your mom!), Karen Lynn in Texas. :D

I surely agree with that final sentence, Theresa...
and I have great empathy for you about your past...and greater
admiration for you for having written a book that maybe cleared
some of the air.
Success to you!
