Lucky Penny (Short Story) - 11/11/2006 1:42:00 AM
The story is full of remarks draws us back to the technique of John Steinbeck , The Nobel Laureate , but without that bit concerned with the price of civilization, I mean to shed blood in order to cross the boundary of segregation between races and cultures. It is gentle and moving story. Saleh Razzouk

There are lawyers, and then there are lawyers. I wouldn't give a sack full of pennies for whole profession. But sometimes we need them to get us out of jams. Thnx but I'll stick with the preserves. Giggle. This is a great dramatic little story Bobbye. Thnx for sharing. May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love inmy heart, maybe too stubborn for my own good, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your still very sad and very terrified little sister, Barbie "If I have to be this girl in me, Then I have the right to be."

I overheard two sisters, ages around three and five. One wanted to step on the spider..and the younger said, "NO! that is one of GOD's creatures. These were most beautiful words to hear and it gives me hope for our children. CarolHawks

Let The Birds Tell You (Poetry) - 5/20/2008 2:52:24 PM
Sparrows, robins, woodpeckers, cardinals doesn't matter to me. They are beautiful creatures from God. And God made the honey bee and the queen bee does not have a stinger to sting us like the other bees? I wonder why, is it that the female is much more lenient to those surrounding her?

Anger can be controlled by me, sorrow is still to be with me grieving my hubby since Aug 07, terror I have of things happening in this world, and sin I know God forgives me for my sins.

Mr. Terry, one of my friends just recently wrote a song inspired by the words from your poem, and he had me sing it. I think the style of the song really compliments the amazing message in the poem. If you'd like to hear a copy of the song, just email me at brent_fro.hotmail.com I'm sure you would enjoy it. Happy holidays! -Brent Froehlich

Cry For The Wrong (Poetry) - 12/25/2005 9:46:44 AM
Even tho I suffer with this pain in my heart, for all the world's children of God, I also cry for the wrong too. Persecution comes in many forms, false arrest, malicious prosecution, false conviction, false imprisonment. All of this I suffered because the mainstream is not ready to accept the way for people like me. I was born female in a male body, so why am I forbidden to live the life that I was born with? Our bodies are not who we are. Who we are, is way deep in our souls, AND WE HAVE TO BE THAT PERSON THAT IS OUR SOUL. I'm sorry that no one wants get to know the me, that is my soul. Because if you keep judging people by the body, then you will miss meeting some very decent people who care for others deep in our hearts. This is another poem Bobbye that will make a very good addition to Rainbow of Hope, and it is very wise advice, for those that will heed it. I agree with Andy and Dave, because I certainly have bore my cross to the mount, several, several times in my short 57 years. MERRY CHRISTMAS BOBBYE, TO YOU AND YOURS, AND A VERY HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR, TOO, because mine can never be until the truth is told and my honor and good name are restored. May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, maybe too stubborn for my own good, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS))))))))))), your very sad, very abandoned, very terrified little den sister, Barbie "If I have to be this girl in me, Then I have the right to be."

Hope Will Never Fail (Poetry) - 12/25/2005 9:32:14 AM
Bobbye this is such a deep write. But the hope I have, will never come, because no one wants to know the truth, at least where my good name and honor are concerned. Because of who I am, and what I need to yet accomplish for my life's goal, Milwaukee city, and Milwaukee county, Wisconsin, took away my honor, soiled my good name, and now my word means nothing and the only job I can get is driving a taxi, which I like, but I would have loved to have had the choice tho. God has given me accepting friends here in AD, and in the building I am moving back into. My family? Well they just use me for whatever money they can get outof me, then the rest of the month, the shun me like I have Bubonic plague or something worse. Whether you agree with me, as to what I have to do with my life to be complete in body and soul, or not, makes no difference, as long as you can accept me as a human being, and a child of God the Father. T hnx for sharing this poem tho, I really dolike it, and it will make a nice addition to Rainbow of Hope. May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those that you love, and be with you always, and at your sidew constantly. With much love in my heart, maybe too stubborn for my own good, joy to the world, peace on earth, & (((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS))))))))))), your very sad, very abandoned, very terrified little den sister, Barbie MERRY CHRISTMAS BOBBYE, TO YOU AND YOURS, AND A VERY HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR, TOO. "If I have to be this girl in me, Then I have the right to be."

Packing the Bad Away (Poetry) - 12/22/2005 10:58:41 AM
OMG Bobbye, this is so true. Yet my soul is torn by those that have and continue to destroy me simply because of my generous soul. My Father in Heaven is watching out for me, I know, and I do believe He will protect from the devil's charm. A wicked charm at best, but it still cannot invade my soul, for I am my Father's child, and I will forever remain in His debt, as He has answered my prayers, through His Son Jesus. OMG Bobbye, this poem seems to talk to me, because of all that has happened to me in my lifetime, because of who I am and have always been. This is a very good write, worthy of publication in your Rainbow Of Hope book. Let me know when it is published, I would like to buy it. This is such a beautiful poem of sage advice to all those who are degraded, lost, sad, terrified, abandoned and lonely. Thnx for sharing Bobbye. May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, stubborn and determined to a fault, joy to the world, peace on earth, & (((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS))))))))), your very sad, very terrified, abandoned, and disowned little den sister in Christ our Lord, Barbie MERRY CHRISTMAS BOBBYE, TO YOU AND YOURS, AND A VERY PROSPEROUS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR, TOO. "If I have to be this girl in me, Then I have the right to be."

I very much enjoyed this poem. It does not matter what our parents did. Its what we are called to do and how we do it which matters. Right now its well past bedtime for me so in the wise old words of the owl "Sweet dreams, sweet repose. Sleep on your back so you dont squash your nose" Thanks Goodnight Miller
