Lost (Poetry) - 7/24/2009 11:40:15 PM
This is powerful stuff, it seems you are plagued with the same indecision and fear as me, It's so sad that I knew you would be. Read my poem " someone for everyone" I wish I could tell you someday everything will be alright, but we are both too realistic to believe that that is the only possible outcome, We can still dream and hope though, right.... Love You more than you might know, Dad

Notice (Poetry) - 7/24/2009 11:18:17 PM
Nothing is without sacrifice even love. I think if more of us understood this the world would be such a better place to live for all of us. Love, Dad

Ah the harp of indecision, I've heard it many times, but eventually the music is over and you have to decide anyway. Love You, Dad

The last line of this is the ultimate paradox of life, "Starting all over again with a new search becomes an endless cycle never getting finished" Glad to see you writing again, Love You, Dad

Expressing love very true but I am lonely since hubby =Tom died Aug 17 07 and don't want another love in my life to see him go downhill as I saw Tom go that way. Too heartbreaking besides his spirit is with me still and always will be and when I think of him,,I am not really alone either. Good write.

Love Is (Poetry) - 1/2/2008 9:43:55 PM
What love comes down to is the only truth we've ever known in our lives and also the source of our greatest pain, That's why it's so hard to understand, In the balance between them both is where our joy will lie. Love, Dad

Somewhere in Time (Poetry) - 1/2/2008 9:29:58 PM

Somewhere in Time (Poetry) - 1/2/2008 8:36:43 PM
Dayum and Mariah write alike. Why should that surprise me? Somewhere in time there is, indeed, sadness and loss. It hurts my heart to know I would never wish this and yet it has happened in the world, in the past and will happen again. Where I mostly feel joy, others like you and Mariah feel the pain. Very well expressed. Love, Susan

History (Poetry) - 1/2/2008 8:06:54 PM
Some people are soul spirits of living. You write as though you've lived history for centuries. I'm happy you're here with me, my daughter (Mariah Rowse) and your dad! Love, Susan

April, I enjoyed the whole of this write. It had great rythem and flow, but I think if you were to put it in a different form it may add to the quality of it. Just a suggestion. Welcome to the Den! Lisa
