Only a Movie (Short Story) - 10/12/2004 10:12:25 AM
I am going to be honest with you here. Some writers can do the poetic interludes and some can't, you are one of those writers who should not even try to do the interludes with horror because it takes a poet to really pull that type of thing off. I might come off as harsh here but I read enough of the story to say, you should try another field in the horror genre. I've been doing the poetic interludes in horror for a long time to say I know what I am talking about. Some would try to write me off as a self-published author and one who publishes by exposure, but really they need to stop discriminating writers over that. I have seen stories on The House of Pain that are written much better than the one you have out there.

Great interview! I read it when it appeared in CD and really enjoyed it. Very informative.

I loved reading this interview with one of the best editors I encountered while marketing RISEN, my horror novel. I'm glad to see that his horror line is doing so well and wish him the best of luck with it!
