Goddess Thoughts (Book) - 7/30/2007 4:30:58 PM
Bravo Amy Deep Poetry
It reminds me of some of my own work. In Tantric Dancer
You have touched on a realm that very few have gone.
Healing Goddess is enlightening as well. Do your thing!

Dear Amy;
Well done, indeed! It not only expresses the universality of woman, but also great dignity, confidence, and self-awareness of spirit.

I am a Woman (Poetry) - 6/22/2007 12:48:48 PM
Great tribute to women the world over, I enjoyed this poem a great deal, I like that you identfied woman as universal, as she is. I immediately thought of a poem of mine while reading..
Eve
I cry these tears, in fear
for the souls that are unborn.
The many souls unformed, unfolded
I’ll cry Eve, forever to mourn.
Born of she, we come forth,
flowering parceled strips of land.
Passing her ripened seed,
on the wings of wind,
traversing the backs
of each tiny rain drop.
Eve’s fertile seeds effortless flight,
setting down on each continent.
Touching mankind, unknown before time,
she the quintessence of woman.
Keep writing Amy you have an immense talent

Goddess of The Dance (Poetry) - 4/25/2007 4:11:14 PM
As a bellydancer, this poem really moved me. So nice to read about the sensual side of this dance as often dancers push this element to the side. I have quoted you in my blog www.bellylorna.blogspot.com I hope you don't mind.............. Lorna

I don't feel that I am worthy enough at this moment to respond to such a holy and divine work of faith and hope. Nonetheless, I know that the appropriate words will come to visit my spirit. And when they do I will pour them out into remarks that are compatible will the joy that your words brought to my soul. Until then, Peace and be excellent!

The Sky is The Limit (Poetry) - 3/20/2007 10:08:54 PM
Thoroughly enjoyable piece of work. You express what many of us have felt when limited by what we can do in a world of such chaos. We are enslaved by our surroundings and emotions as we react to life everyday. Writing such as you have here releases that frustration and inspires at the same time. Excellent work.

Exsitensially enlightening Amy, I find the best way to escape is to go Astral, expands the horizons no end, and makes for some excellent poetry. Excellent piece.

Many points to ponder here in "The Sky is The Limit", which will lead one to an ontologic studies. Daring dream what pleases the imagination could ignite the dynamo of intuition and reveal the path of the desired freedom, for if one can think, one can materialize.
I enjoyed the reading of "The Sky is The Limit".
I salute You, Poet.
In gratitude,

The Sky is The Limit (Poetry) - 7/10/2006 12:19:21 PM
Dear Amy . . .
I often went through these frustratingly existential seasons in my twenties, and always, after I had reemerged, I always realized that I was still a part of the universe and system that I was be-moaning.
Connecting with these kinds of things is one of the jobs of a poet.
If there is nothing real and substantial to cling to, we will always be searching for something better, and always be subject to these seasons.
May I suggest reading, ingesting, devouring, and being enlightened by the Song of Solomon in the Holy Bible. There was always a refreshing for me after I had done so.
Never rest your quill poet!
Richard
