Wow! This has been my struggle as a single mom still studying AND working, then working part-time, still wanting to learn, and live... you know have friends, go out, read a book...
Then I have tried living with someone and still wanted to spend quality time with my daughter while teaching a few hours and working as a translator. But he had to work hard and far away and I also looked after his son.
I am now living with a man I was supposed to marry. My daughter is older and he earns enough money, so he wanted to be the "provider" while I could finally write. And, of course, I discovered that this wasn't true. He wanted to feel important and have the power that money gives. He simply thought being dependent would make me more "available".
I never seem to get it right!
Anyway, your article is very precious indeed, especially what you say about guilt.

Great observation on the nature of the female heart! A very good article and one I enjoyed. I always like to check out the work of fellow P/A authors.

Since I write short stories once in a while myself, I found this to be extremely interesting. You're very intuitive.

I was truly inspired by this article. It made me realize that I waste too much time not writing.
