Talented author Fox presents a commanding, suspense filled read in her work Beyond Innocence. Via the inceptive story line found on the pages of Beyond Innocence we are offered a momentary view into a environment most of us can only suppose.
enjoyed the read, happy to recommend

Just like BEYOND INNOCENCE, this book grabs you on page 1 and won't turn you loose! Erin Fox knows how to develop characters you'll cheer for and plots that'll keep you turning pages. I look forward to more from this talented author.

you are my favourite story writer. I really enjoy your books, and now I read no others!
Beyond Innocence (Book) - 2/23/2002 7:48:24 PM
A heinous attack on two men leaves one dead and the other with a battered body and mind. With no memories, no name, this man is brought back to health and fitness by
physiotherapist Marnie Grant. She calls him Luke. Through Luke’s journey from “innocence” to manhood, we share in his delight in a beautiful Canadian sunset, his “first” taste of ice cream, his
“through the eyes of a child” questions and ideas on right and wrong. And, we never forget his tatoos or wedding ring as he and Marnie fall in love.
Emotional and spiritual maturation comes not only to Luke during his time in Calgary. Marnie, who always considered herself plain and unassuming, and believed she could never live up to her family’s expectations of her, blossoms in her relationship with Luke.
As delightful as this love story is, it is the coinciding tale taking place in Philadelphia’s seamier side that truly captivated me. There, while the police search for Luke and the other murdered man, we meet the most despicable characters as the mystery twists and turns. There in
the netherworld of drugs and prostitution, Ms. Fox shines as a storyteller. From the worldly old detective and his new young partner, to the tough yet sensitive child of the streets and his coke-
head mother, there isn’t a character in this story who doesn’t hold your interest and keep those pages flipping.
I can’t wait to read Ms. Fox’s next book.

Erin Fox writes in the tradition of Lisa Gardner, Tami Hoag, and Catherine Coulter. She's one to watch, if this is her first book. I couldn't put it down!

Spell-binding, page turner with enough surprises and twists to rival Sandra Brown. I'd like to see more, Erin!

More twists and turns than a Rocky Mountain Pass. Real people, real lives -- but what lives! Non-stop action and suspense, with generous dollops of passion and romance. A stay-up-all-night-'cause-you-just-have-to-finish-it kind of read.

Awesome book with lots of twists and turns. Not your standard, predictable murder mystery.
