Yup, I really like this. Very poetic and has a nice flow.
Human Potential (Article) - 1/2/2007 10:00:41 PM
Sometimes I wonder if religion is even trying to search for an understanding or just enforcing something that may or may not be true because it seems like the best we can do right now. I agree, our potential is amazing. I'd love to stop using a few "special" people to carry out this potential in all of us, ie, Gandhi, Jesus, Martin Luther King Jr., etc, and have the whole lot of us realize we are all "special".
Very short piece but loaded with meaning.

Yes, I see what you meant when you compared our work.
I thought of new york when I read that piece, the sensation of being alone like the forests and the child.

Been there and done that. Been absolutely lost, I mean. I'm sure I've danced drunk in a forest a time or two, also :-)
As much as this poem expresses a great pain, I found it uplifting. Only because I have been there and have come out of it.
"Naked they will find him" denoted being found and "almost dead" I've taken to mean being found before the death occurs, which is how I feel about my current life.
I'm still not sure 'who' found me, but it was someone with the compassion I needed.
Great work. See how it sparked all this in me? You definitely have an impact.

Jeff, I felt a sense of pain as I read this. A picture of a lost one is so well depicted in this.
