Eulogy for My Husband, Don (Article) - 5/3/2010 12:04:13 AM
MAY THE LORD BLESS YOU. Please know that you and I have never met, but Don's sister Neta was my best friend while I was in K.C. I knew that your mother took care of me when I was about 4 years old. Franky your brother was my companion and your father let us watch with excitement the train set in the basement. Your Mom used to play piano and take me to church. Neta used to tell me about Don. He sent her many dolls for her collection. I saw Neta almost 20 yrs. ago. I pray for her and have lost contact with her. I spent many times with your in laws and Neta until I moved to Michigan and completed highschool. God Bless You, You are in my prayers too. In His Love, Pat (Babian) Gruits

Oh, Lord, Won't You Buy Me....? (Article) - 6/7/2004 1:02:50 AM
I read your article very intersting, similar situation I too observe with tribes from India. See below and click the clink for pictures and movie clips of these tribes:
Site name: poverty and tribes
Site URL: http://www.sadashivan.com/quotpovertyquotampquottribesquot/
Site descriptions: Tribes are socially rich economically poor. Nearly 68 million Tribals lived in India according to the 1991 census but number has now reduced substantially as forests reduced and their dependence on forest resources minimized. Economic and modern life style forced them to come out to get mixed with modern generation, but did not get proper attention and respect of their culture so most of them still live in below poverty line.
Oh, Lord, Won't You Buy Me....? (Article) - 9/3/2003 9:10:38 AM
I agree with the contents of the story. Possibly, like work I've entered, the article wasn't necessarily 'as posted' folks.
Nice to meet you and will read more as time allows :)!
Away in a Manger (Article) - 7/12/2003 7:50:04 PM
I begin to like your style .The account is so real that I feel that I was beside you when you faced the difficult life .There is no climaxes in the story. But is this not life .As a newspaper article , it is quite sound. And the article serves its purpose well . I believe that many a discouraged mother in life will be hightened on treading teh story .
Oh, Lord, Won't You Buy Me....? (Article) - 7/12/2003 7:35:30 PM
The story is not well written . It has no ups and downs .It is just like a brief account of ones's experience and comment on the experience . I think to make it a good story one have to put details into it .However , the moral , or the message is good .And the way , the message is expressed is quite new if not original .
