As a rastaman, I-man can totally relate to this. But in the same breath, I often get bashed and called foolish for not doing exactly as "the doctors or nutrionist say" .. 3 meals a day.. 8hr sleep..
If only more people could come to overstand the power of mind and perception. Mental discipline man.
