An excellent write. How time flies. You are still young and beautiful. I saw your picture with your bio. You expressed your thoughts and feelings so beautiful in this piece.
A Mother'sBlame (Short Story) - 6/18/2007 10:58:39 AM
Most mothers are guilty of trying to build a more suitable life for the family. Good write.

No. You certainly are not, Sandra. I am surprised at who I see looking back at me in the mirror. It's not me. I don't want to believe it. I don't feel like that person at all. People keep telling me that I never grew up and that's fine by me. Once again, your words really struck a chord. Thank you. Love, peace, and blessings to you,
Emotional Terrorist (Short Story) - 5/23/2007 8:32:50 AM
I find this incredibly sad. I feel for her. I wish I could "fix" things for her. I have two daughters of my own. They've known their share of "sadly" negative energy guys. This really spoke to me, Sandra. I sure hope things will be well. This is not an easy world or and easy time. Love and peace,

Heartwrenching write, but effectively penned. One feels the anguish of this mom through your words. Very well done; brava!

This is a wonderful bit of prose, Sandra, the thoughts and feelings put forth so genuine. Ah, fleeting youth, that universal dilemma(!) You are a pretty lady, and the picture displayed with your bio tells me you are a very long ways from having "let yourself go."

Rain...a parody (Article) - 9/24/2007 4:16:09 AM
This is a StormSpinner kind of write (and photograph): wish I'd written this!!!!!!!!!! Hysterically funny, I can relate: we had rain. A lot of rain. Too much rain, back in the Spring and half of Summer...I write about weather a LOT. It's two ways here: all at once or not at all! LOL Enjoyed: so much so, I'm putting this in my library. Thank you for the chuckles!
(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
Rain...a parody (Article) - 9/23/2007 3:58:41 AM
Walking barefoot on grass in a raining summer day, letting the drops to tell us whats is going on up there and what the angels are making so many loud noises.
PS: reduce the picture to 72 pix and it will fit the page.
Desert of my Heart (Article) - 9/23/2007 3:54:55 AM
Sad, very sad when we discover that the only thing that toughes our heart are vultures picking at it.
A heart should not be a desert but a well groomend garden.

I just got divorced so this strikes right to the core. Even though I will always be friends with my first real love, I can sure understand where you are "coming from" with this. I do appreciate the way you honestly share your feelings via your words, Sandra. Love and peace to you,

Sandra, that's the name of the daughter I lost last January, she too liked to write poetry and was the sweetest of them all, but I am sure she woldn't agree with you about another night passing by, she will be thinking instead of those angels on the snow (5) and feel happy.
Welcome to AD, and don't be shy!

"Unveil your destiny by confronting your past."
There is something refreshingly spiritual about this phrase - remembering what God has done for you in the past so when things don't seem right you can still praise God for never leaving you or forsaking you and you can remain patient as your life unfolds in His timing. In this way you often ...
"Vanquish Diablo" and his schemes against your life and the lives of those that you love.
Sasha Dreamweaver seems an interesting muse. I enjoyed this!
