The Constellation of Omens: The Signs of the End of the World (Book) - 9/3/2008 5:04:04 PM
A provocative title of a subject matter much in discussion in our troubled world where the Biblical prophesies of Apostle John in the Book of Revelation loom ever larger upon our near horizon.
We all wish you great success in this important undertaking, Deborah.
With sincere respect,
Richard

Deborah, I haven't read your book, but I checked it on Amazon, and your hypnotic cover gave me an uncontrollable urge to drive to the coast. If the contents are as good as the cover then i'm sure it is great.
Well done, Gerald J Tate
Reverberating Prejudice in America (Article) - 7/14/2009 6:34:12 PM
there ain't no such thing as reverse discrimination. That is a politically correct media term. The reverse of discrimination is acceptance. Discriminaion is discrimination whether it whites discriminating against non-whites or non-whites discriminating against whites. Same thing...what's good for the goose is good for gander.

The Big Picture (Article) - 3/28/2009 10:07:18 AM
Truer words were never spoken. But they have been spoken for some time now but have gone unheeded. It would appear that there are too many ignorant and uninformed people who think that the present administration is the answer to all the problems that plague us. When in truth it is like pouring gasoline on a fire--it will only get worse. May God have mercy on us.
Averting The New World Order (Article) - 2/17/2009 3:46:04 PM
Well presented, Deborah. We are in very-very deep trouble. Broke us O'Bummer has created a depression that will make 29 look like boom times. It will only last only a few years though. The bad news is that's because it will be followed by a new dark ages that will last for centuries. The sacking and lotting of The United States has already begun.

The Kingdom of Heaven (Article) - 10/26/2008 2:28:10 PM
A stimulating and provocative posting that for me seemed a little too abstract at first; but a slower, second reading aloud brought with it a clearer understanding.
I especially liked your statement: "When you view your journey as an endless struggle, skepticism consumes your knowledge of absolute certainty." Perhaps this is so because it reminds me of my wording on my Authorsden bio page: "What I focus upon becomes reality. I have the power to choose."
And so in my mind your article "The Kingdom of Heaven" gives me much to identify with and reinforces my own understanding of my reason for being.
Thank you for sharing your understanding with us.
Richard

Freedom? (Poetry) - 3/7/2009 9:34:23 PM
I have always considered freedom to be the great illusion of our time. We have so many things which are structured in our society. We're born, go to school, choose a vocation, and yada yada yada...
For me, this poem speaks to the angst for the lack of freedom. Perhaps we have it in small things. Yet how many of those things are reliant upon the actions of others? Hard to say.
Nicely done!

The Night (Poetry) - 3/7/2009 9:30:06 PM
For me, this spoke of nights where we are unable to sleep. Where the creeping thoughts of our daytime and reflections refuse to let us rest. To "Drink the blood of dusk."
A very well consturcted poem!

Freedom? (Poetry) - 11/19/2008 12:44:19 PM
Freedom is essential to me and I would not stay in a relationship where freedom did not come to me. I love to be myself and go about my placings and travels without being held back.
