Touching the Sky (Book) - 10/16/2007 2:14:43 AM
This is actually the first book I've read from this author. It was deep and yet very passionate. It's so timely that I got hold of this piece of wonder in time when I am mending a broken heart. It's a nice read and I really recommend it. Every page is worth it.

The Jewel of the Mountain (Short Story) - 9/20/2009 10:52:17 AM
An interesting story, very discriptive.

The Art of Self-Editing (Article) - 4/9/2009 3:04:42 PM

The Incredible Praying Mantis (Article) - 5/26/2008 4:16:17 PM
Finding this on the den was a wonderful treat for me. I loved seeing them on the screen doors in childhood and here at home once in a great while. My husband adored them and bowed down to them They really hold their hands as if in prayer. I am fascinated whenever I see one but have not in quite a while, years in fact.

The Incredible Praying Mantis (Article) - 10/24/2007 1:40:03 PM
The real "Praying Manti" are the televangelists who milk the gullible public for money every day on television.

I understand that you don't need the word "that" but had never really given much thought to the other generic words commonly used. Thank you for your observation. Elizabeth

Thanksgiving Day (Poetry) - 7/29/2011 7:59:24 AM
Your poem reminds me of crisp autumn days of merriment and good cheer--particularly when it is 92 degrees outside here.

I Cried from Warsaw to Auschwitz (Poetry) - 6/3/2009 6:23:13 AM
Such a horrific tragedy should never have happened. We must tell our children about it, then maybe it will never happen again. Good job on this poem. So painful, we cannot imagine how these people suffered. Anna

Something Seized the Air That Day (Poetry) - 11/19/2008 9:41:40 AM
Since that day 911 our life changed. We now know what hell is like. I hate to think about what those mortals were thinking when they had to make a decision to stay and burn or jump into God's lap via hell.

Mortal Decadence (Poetry) - 11/19/2008 9:37:13 AM
Nicely written. We all wonder who's behind that door when we fall.

I Cried from Warsaw to Auschwitz (Poetry) - 8/22/2008 7:32:40 PM

Who Am I, Really? (Poetry) - 6/18/2008 5:00:53 PM
in all the darkness of fear there is much to know & learn in the value of it's purpose, and I did try to guess the riddle of this wonderful poetic express, but I am still guessing as your Poem Title asks & thinking perhaps remorse? or guilt? or is this the "Root of All Evil?" Temptaions? Sin? Great Write That Prodes My Poetic Mind :) Embraced ~ Embrassť Vickie

Mortal Decadence (Poetry) - 5/22/2008 6:53:43 PM
Misic singing by the angels and also the loved ones of your who have gone ahead of you. I can hear my hubby singing in heaven with the angels in my mind cause he was such a good singer here at home. He really belted his favorites out. Do not fear it will be ok when your time comes meanwhile you have to do the best you can to others and for yourself. Keep busy in deeds and prayers too.

Something Seized the Air That Day (Poetry) - 5/22/2008 6:50:54 PM
They are zealous people and want what we have in America. They want to take over the world and still do and that is why we have to fight them and not let them win. Would you like to reside under their rule. Not me. America has so much that they want and they think they can rob us of things and take over it all. Prayer have been really needed from that day on.

Summer Trance (Poetry) - 5/22/2008 9:19:18 AM
Can't wait for summer's coming, watermelon, sunshine, fresh fruit bounty, the most refreshing time of the year for me.

Who Am I, Really? (Poetry) - 5/22/2008 9:18:00 AM
Can see the devil coming out in this one. but you are so meaningly ful a man to write like this. Sharing your thoughts for others is indeed an encouraging thing to do. And I really did like the ending to this write. I do condone war and want the fire to end and keep prayers saved for this purpose. Nothing can defeat us if we don't let it. Stay strong.

Who Am I, Really? (Poetry) - 3/20/2008 2:11:31 AM
let the fire of self esteem burn, I have to laugh, when people find out who I really am, they usually don't like me at first, but later on, when they do find out, when I let it show, they usually say later, I would have missed out on a good friend, you are true, I didn't know anyone could be there for me, when things are down and out, then I give them insight from past experiences and lessons learned the hard way, amzing what they find out, when given the chance to know me

Who Am I, Really? (Poetry) - 3/5/2008 3:47:30 PM
Could be seen as..."horrifically" political! Thanks for sharing this.
