Yes, losing weight is a challenge if the person wanting to lose weights only diets until reaching a goal and returns to the diet that caused them to be overweight in the first place. When I was thirty-six in 1981, I transitioned from the traditional unhealthy America diet to become a vegan. My weight plunged from 215 to 165 and is now level at between 180 and 190. I didnít exercise prior to the transaction. Now I exercise regularly and havenít deviated from it. IĎm still a vegan twenty-seven years later. So, I didn't diet. I changed my lifestyle and stuck with it. For anyone that wants to lose weight and keep the weight off, it isn't a diet that they need. They should consider changing their lifestyle. And yes, it does take time. My change took an entire year. IT also takes discipline to stick with it.
