This write was so interesting in that it read like an actual made for television movie based on fact. This is definitely written so that the layman could understand it with all due clarity. A very good write, indeed!

Lo que encuentro escrito es un sumario interesante con ejemplos de el proceder en corte de la ley. Aqui existen los puntos importantes sobre la aplicacion de la cual en lo que es requerido para considerar en un caso criminal.
En casos a donde existe la evidencia circunstancial y tambien los elementos para aprobar o desaprobarlos.
El trabajo de el jurado en recibir instruciones del juez y decidir el caso.
El derecho obligatorio de el juez para asegurar que todos los puntos de la ley se apliquen en cualquiera de los casos, el puesto de el ficio para asegurar los elementos acusatorios para dar prueba en cada caso y, finalmente, el abogado en defensa en conseguir un veredicto exculpatorio.
Tambien los casos de duda razonable que puedan entrar en cada uno para determinar la culpa o falta de evidencia. Todos los puntos son escritos concisos, claramente y sin prejudicio. Todo esta cubierto muy bien.

This write was very informative and made some interesting comparisons between the west in the United States and the Pampas of Argentina. I would have loved to have read a little more of the history of the indian tribes mentioned in this article. Excellent work.

Dear Sir. I have read the above article written by yourself. I was asked to do so by your daughter thru an e-mail to me justa few days ago. I read some very interesting information and reviewed quite a few comparsions that are very similar between our two countries. I found the English understandable but some of the words were not completed and some were left out. This is not to say that it was poorly written, on the contary, it was written quite well. But, as I have stated just a few words were left out. I must say, for a second laungage, you have done very well. Thank your daughter for requesting my reviews. I am proud to do so and I feel honored by her request.I would like to read some more of your writes, but I can only read and write English. This article was wonderful to read, mainly for its perceptive parallels and for the information about the Basque Shepherds - I was unaware of this and particularly interested because my grandfather (paternal) was a shepherd in Italy before he came to America. Also, I am a staunch believer in the rights of the individual and feel that the state exists for the individual and not the other way around.
It's nice to make your acquaintance as I am fond of your daughter and your grand-daughter and their lovely poetry. Excellent write. Ron
