I knew that your ticker wouldn't stopped beating, but your heart being so big needed an enormous quantity of love to fill it, so much that you share it with a lot of us.
I am sure the book will be on many a night table to read a little of before closing the eyes and sleep with a few words from it as a lullaby.

Our Unexpected Dinner Guest (Short Story) - 8/31/2009 3:51:42 PM
Bonnie, I am a retired State Law Enforcement officer. I can understand your feelings. Prior to retiring, I worked my last year in a State Juvenile detention center. I had 30 boys on my detention wing from 13 to 17 years of age. Four of these boy's were murderers and their crimes were horrible and deserved severe punishment. With that said, most if not all these children were raised like animals and would have been good children if they had not been abused. Some children are just bad, I admit this. My argument is how can you expect a child to be normal when its father is in prison and mother is walking the streets? Thank you for this story, It was very good.

The Great Fisherman That I Am! (Short Story) - 1/17/2009 10:24:13 PM
Delicious humor. A concealed performance enhancer, to level the playing field. God loves you. Remember the story of Peter and the other fisherman, after they fished all night and caught nothing, until Jesus had them cast out their net one more time. Then they got so big a haul of fish, they had to get help from other boats or their nets would burst. The Lord provided in this story too!

WHEN (Poetry) - 11/15/2009 9:39:07 AM
Oh, how I needed to read this at this moment in time. It is a reminder to all who believe to reach out. I can say that many times I've reached out only to let my stupidity prevent me from hearing His word. I need to learn to be 'still, hear and be comforted.' Thank you for such inspiring words on this gray Sunday.
God bless you. Kathy
