Out of Body Experience (Short Story) - 5/11/2009 4:52:59 PM
Well written and right on point every little and big detail. Wow incredible to have survived. Perhaps the speedy flight of the "Out of Body Experience" is what really saved you Robert. I understand this write filled with such vivid imagery. I believe the out of body happens as a means to save us to a certain degree. Truly a blessings as I wish you continued blessings as well, Gwendolyn

Wow! You have been though a lot. I am sure you have read many books about this subject. One of my favorites is "90 minutes in Heaven" by Don Pipper. The other book that talks about the spiritual world around us is "This Present Darkness" by Frank Perettii. An excellent read that you cannot put down. I write spiritual literature as well. God Bless, John Michael

A Cut Above The Rest (Short Story) - 4/25/2008 11:38:48 PM
Robert, this is a very nice and informative story. I recently acquired a Panamanian friend, and I will pass on to him your sentiments about their haircuts. I knew Panama had nice hats--but haircuts, too, a cut above the rest. That's too much. Maybe I should head there to get rid of some stress. By the way, 70 is not too late to start writing. I, too, am a septuagenarian--75, to be exact. and after discovering a writer's club, began writing poetry in 2001. This is all great fun. Good luck and keep on writing.

When Ships Collide (Short Story) - 3/18/2008 6:51:04 AM
Hi Bob, Enjoyed this ride, when ships collide! It was like being caught in Zest commercial, getting doused and tumbled in slow motion, only without the soap! Was Cptn. Cortez at the Ancon Inn? hahaha Pat

When Ships Collide (Short Story) - 3/15/2008 8:07:02 AM
Well done. The title alone forced me to read it and once I began, I was riveted waiting for the inevitable. Although I know nothing about ships or the Panama Canal, the detailed descriptions served to put me in the action along with vivid characters.

*smiling* I love Beagles; they are adorable dogs! Very well penned; I was glad "Uno" won "Best In Show" at Westminster, but I am more partial to Pomeranians. :) I do love most dogs though; and I also love cats. I'm a cat person who loves dogs!
