The Light Of Devotion Of Knowledge Of Brahma (Book) - 5/22/2003 4:43:40 AM|
The language used by author is very simple and a child could understand the poems easily. The simpleness of bhakti, devotion and path are visible throughout the book. Hope to get more enlightened works from the author.
The Light Of Devotion Of Knowledge Of Brahma (Book) - 5/22/2003 4:40:09 AM
The book "The light of Devotion, of Knowledge, of Brahma presents the author's immense faith and affection towards his GURU. It also enlists the materialistic things in life for which people thrive for. Author tried his best to undermine the importance of materialistic things in life and highlighted spiritual values / feelings.
But author seems to have given over emphasis to end each line of the poem with a similar sounded word, which may not be a right approach for an author. Instead he should have highlighted more on conveying the message through his poems.
The Light Of Devotion Of Knowledge Of Brahma (Book) - 6/18/2002 1:22:09 AM
This book taught and remind me that " Guru Govind donau khade, kake lagoon panv Balihari Guru apano Govind diyo batay" The poet shows his true devotion to his holy Guru in its simplest form.
The Learned (Poetry) - 9/13/2009 11:29:26 AM
Yes, and it is sometimes when we have yet to have learned that our souls grow the most and the turn that finally comes is one of clarity and a deeper truth within. Nice work.

interesting poem ... it's accuracy is debatable ...
The Moon Project (Poetry) - 9/3/2009 9:33:37 PM
Interesting philosophical thoughts. I partly agree that at times in the name of bacterial fossils on mars (debatable) or iron-ore in Moon type of hype snatches away funds from the needy. I know some science is truly white elephant-esque.

Him God Cannot Bless! (Poetry) - 6/12/2005 3:30:25 PM
I feel sad for people who cannot allow blessings to happen to them. I remember times in my life when I was like that. All I needed to do was open my eyes, but keeping them closed was a strange cold comfort at the time.

The Trinity In One (Poetry) - 4/3/2003 12:39:15 PM
This is really good. I have a question about having a guru:
Is your "goal" "enlightenment?" If so, doesn't a guru get in the way? Doesn't authority make you a servant, never the "master?" Just curious.
