Interesting and funny character! He seemed to enjoy the peep show while working too much.
A Creative Edge: Tales of Speculation (Book) - 8/1/2003 12:59:41 AM
Loved these stories... all touched me in so many different ways. What else can I say, they are amazing, imaginative, sensitive, twisted, stunning plus much more.
Steve certainly knows how keep you totally enthralled, and demanding more at the end.
Born of Darkness (Short Story) - 2/15/2007 8:37:08 AM
Wow that was great. I really loved it. It reminds me of the story I'm writing that seems to be a hassle to write. Thanks for motivating me with your sad but wonderful story.

Brimstone and Nitro (Short Story) - 1/17/2005 5:53:08 PM
Your poetic description really had me hooked, could so picture all of it. I want to see the rest of this story, see where it goes. Already have a feeling there is a twist to come that will leave one gob smacked.
Brimstone and Nitro (Short Story) - 8/7/2003 5:27:13 AM
Since you said you were not a poet I thought I would come and check out your writing :-) I think your doing great at both. I like the way you build up your story to get the readers interest and how you get the reader into your characters and what they are all about.

If I Could Be A Super Hero (Poetry) - 1/21/2013 12:05:12 PM
Well said. Love the honest perspective. I had a therapist tell me in my youth, "You are not Superman." She sadly did not believe me that I am going to Mars. I told her, "I'm not?" Glad I knew she was wrong.
See in Thirty million miles from here, Steve. BTW bring your cape, my is at the tailors.

If I Could Be A Super Hero (Poetry) - 1/24/2009 3:29:45 AM
Cute one, Steve. Maybe I could be conned into being Bilbo Baggins. He always had to be talked into everything, and would never think of doing anything heroic on purpose. Yep -- an accidental hero is more my style :-)

With a power ray out of his hands,
And invisibility to the delight of his fans...Ed & Rufuz (w00f)

Perhaps your name could be "Super Poet" because this certainly made me think about who I am, hope to be, and aspire to be. I agree with Julie - this belongs in a children's magazine!
God bless you. Kathy

Running Out of Time (Poetry) - 6/27/2003 11:18:18 AM
You've done a great job of putting your finger on what I call the "two-edged sword" of intellect. It's humanity's greatest tool and at the same time its worst downer, knowing death is our ultimate destination.
Live well and write on!

I liked your way of getting your point across though. ~SH~

Bittersweet (Poetry) - 6/21/2003 7:23:05 PM
Just as bittersweet as her presence was to you then, this poem is perfectly set to a time in my life that is all bittersweet defines to be. This poem seaps pain and love with words of truth. Truly and honest pain stings me here. Great writing. You put it wonderfully. I loved reading this!!
