Love Again Book 1 of the Reality Love Series (Book) - 8/9/2008 7:53:36 PM
Your heartfelt story is sadly one that I understand a little. We have a wonderful friend who had suffered a lot of abuse in her life. First at the hands of her father then her horrid husband who she now has a restraining order on. You are very courageous to write about the subject. Well done I wish you success and happiness. Stuart

Sophia, I really love what I've read of your work thus far. Truely wonderful! This one happened to catch my eye :-) so glad I stopped by to read it. It's apparent that you're mastering the art of poetry as well and as a lover of writing in every form I am glad to have come across something so entertaining. Continue what you're doing!

I'll second that! You have reflections of romance that overide explicit eroticism. Many times we hype things up that are erotic in a love scence but your writing remains true to what's special about the joining of two beings. That is them having love for one another first and not just having a motion on the outside but a motion on the inside that goes deeper than a man into a woman. I think the Doctors call it a Heartbeat, the very origin of Love within two hearts.

Caressing The Wind (Poetry) - 12/29/2008 9:55:47 AM
There are many layers to this piece and yet each line reafirms in my mind the inevitable longing to break lose of the bonds of love and understanding associated with those shared fears of gain and loss. Beautiful work, Sophia

Nice work...the nights of romance caught within the stars...not a better way to spend timely moments...but to love upon the sands and moonlight...

Unseen Evil (Poetry) - 12/14/2008 8:59:09 PM
Yes... Simply go away, leave is all that can be done. The clearest message that says "I know who you are", "you used me as a reflection of who you wanted to be, but I will not reflect your illusions".
It is good to write and make such hidden structures more visible.

Caressing The Wind (Poetry) - 6/19/2008 9:45:15 PM
This piece is tragically beautiful. "touched by an angel now and then"...............
A hollow call inside I sing............
and in its depths I see myself.
You have the heart of the angel and his kiss of life.
Unveiled (Poetry) - 6/1/2008 11:53:12 AM
Whew this is definitely a big contrast from the story I just read but I think the ending is miraculous. Those last lines are like watching an actor running to escape the furious flames of the big explosion at the end of a action movie. Then the actor suddenly turning back to stare at the flames and say "I made it!" We'll sista looks like you made it and keep on extinguishing the flames outside and finding your own new light to your dreams that God has waiting for you.

I was HERE for 19 years till my STrenth took me far away form THERE!
I chose NOT to have my maiden name, for that is where my Abuse started and then went on through my marriage, 1 and 2nd to the same man. A fool I was trying to make it LASTS, but it takes TWO as My eyes opened wider to the TRuth!
Saved you are and STrength you have found!

My Lover is Mine (Poetry) - 5/15/2008 4:53:39 AM

Unveiled (Poetry) - 5/14/2008 5:50:46 AM
"...only into a saviors arms
can I be saved'
'...give me back
my maiden name". Oh this poem can really strike one straight to the heart, every word was like a lash. Whoever is in abuse needs to escape, then run without fail to a safety zone. You really poured it out here and sent out the cries of the hearts of many, many who are terrorized in this manner on a daily basis and throughout the day.
OooooI absolutely DO NOT LIKE ABUSE in any form whatsoever.
Thank you Sophia for sharing your words and I pray this is no one that we know (but it is not for anyone on this earth)
