Sheri ~ This is beautiful and heartwrenching, I do hope you have shared this with your child. I am not a parent, so I can only imagine how difficult this is. I know it is difficult with someone that you love as your own child. My prayers are with you. Warmth and Love to you both. Carin' Spirit

An Uncertain Worried Wind (Poetry) - 1/26/2009 2:34:05 PM
Oh Sheri, I really felt this one. I certainly know this pain, and it doesn't matter how young or old the child/children are...they will always be that little six year old to me...to us... If we could only spare them the pain...the shames...the journey that is not so easy to travel.. We do have to release them...and love them from afar; yet be ready to hug, love, encourage and support them....Sometimes I wish I had someone to do that for me....We too remain children in some ways don't we? I love this writing. Thank you, hugs, lindalaw

This is an excellent poem. Its important to do the littliest things to keep us happy and have peace in our lives.I would go to the park and watch the city skyline while hearing the water crash onto thousands of rocks.Sitting on the park bench, seeing the grass green. Those things keep joy and happiness into my life and appreciate what is important.Even a smile from a woman would make my day.take care Edwin
