What a great book! The questions on the worksheets really force people to think about their group and their place in it. Now I know why I was uncomfortable in some work groups and comfortable in others. Now I know the whys of the great successes, half successes, and failures of my various teams, departments, and committees.

Your ideas are well thought out. If our country began respecting the rights of minority interests, it would resemble more closely the vision of our founding fathers. I would only add that our government was not only founded as a democracy but a democratic republic, which by definition is supposed to uphold the rights of minority interests. As a nation, we have decided to stress "democracy" at the expense of "republic". This nation's ideas about democracy have been out of control for years. Glad to see I'm not the only one seeing it.
