Oh hell, Ms Beeds. Get creative, cut the ties that bind and find out the answers to your questions, by trampling through the shrubbery that only slows your own growth. Life is just too short! This doesn't mean I don't care, i'm just waiting for the disdain to subside and find out what the heck has been going on!!! Love and friendship are too far and few between, to let them go so easily. Warmth and Love to you. Be Well Ms. Beeds.

Ms Beeds, we women have faced those horrors for years. Don't stoop to his level because he does. Revenge might seem sweet for the moment but the end, you only hurt yourself. Be true to yourself. Since you are miss; this is not permanent. Wake up "Ms." Beeds. Grace&Peace, Sharon

Not with a Bang - but a Whimper (Poetry) - 9/4/2008 4:31:52 AM
Now you make yourself the center of attention. Make your world revolve around YOU for the moment. New slate, fresh outlook, new goals, direction and pleasure. Put on new glasses when you look in the mirror to see a new you. Get busy. Have fun. Dance. Then write new songs from within.

Resistance is Futile (Poetry) - 9/3/2008 6:31:24 PM
All alley-cat, never a "pet." I guess that's why so many support groups exist, for learning how to get oneself out of the gutters and alleys...

Coward (Poetry) - 9/3/2008 6:27:07 PM
Oh, that one's lonliness matches another. It's so rare. We are a self-absorbed people, unaware of much more than ourselves. Oh, to know the "big picture" of life, beyond our oft selfish wants and wishes.

Happiness? (Poetry) - 9/3/2008 6:19:05 PM
I'd say in answer to your question, "Yes,the answer impacts reality." If you don't know that answer, it impacts reality the same as laziness or confusion. Knowing your answer, then, you know what to do next. Find Happy. Good luck.

You Want What You Want... (Poetry) - 9/3/2008 6:13:58 PM
So what are you going to do about it you might ask yourself, to lead you in the right direction, one small step at a time. It's good to clarify the problem. Seems you've done that. You have a voice, worthy of using. I hope you use it to find your way past angst. Cheers.

I'll tell ya, I do get a nice bit of a grin from your writes, whether or not you want them to be considered a bit humorous, and if you don't I am most sorry, but maybe you can just kinda keep him around enough, so that both of you, even if you do get lonely, still got a friend, though I know that will be harder for him than for you, especially if you've been intimate in the past...your writings have struck a nerve somewhere within me, so please take from what I write what you want and ignore the rest...Find peace thru the write, Ed & rufuz

The Introspective Musings of THP (The Happy Pig) (Poetry) - 9/2/2008 4:50:17 AM
If the poem is your truth, "Consider the lie I am living...where to go from here...with you or without you" oh God let it be without! Women are worth so much more than the abuse they endure for a moment of "joy" all the while the foundation and virtue that is them, crumbles under the torment of trying to please a man who will never be satisfied until the woman is a puppet, the drug he's addicted to vs. the drug and counsel he needs to make him whole. If the poem is not your thruth, thank goodness. Well-stated truth of the mental torture women endure at the hands of men/significant others who suffer from bi-polar disorder or other mental illnesses which go untreated until the law takes over when lines are crossed which can no longer be endured. The women have issues of self-worth, always looking to others for that pot of gold, the treasure of worth that's already within. So many women need to brush the dust off their mirrors to see their true reflection. Well-done!.
