Hi Nona - just wanted to say how much I enjoyed this story. You have a great style of writing and your imagery is awesome ... I was there, right inside the page. Thank you for sharing it.
The Untippable Privy (Short Story) - 10/18/2008 12:55:28 PM
Hi Nona, I found your den and I like it. I enjoyed reading this story very much. It's well written, and has a surprise ending. It's funny, too, to visualize Old Thompson trapped in the outhouse. Good action. Nice dialog. I like it when you diverse with "A wintry chill swept down from Glacier Park's peaks." This gives the reader a sense of being present. This is a fun story. Thank you,

This is a beautiful poem. I can almost hear Irish harp music coming out of this poem. I love your writing style and the way you put the words together. Please stop into my den sometime and let me know what you think of my poetry.

I found this poem by googling Curious Gage, the name of my Colorado a cappella group. What a cute poem, and what a weird way to find it!
