Ten-Four (Short Story) - 12/15/2007 10:32:02 PM
I enjoyed reading this, as it held my attention to the end. I did have a question come to mind and that was to wonder whether a zombie actually would be aware of pain since it is the decomposing corpse of a reanimated body. Also the fact that the neck cord had paralysysed the zombie when Jack severed its nerve to the brain further enhances my suspicion of the creature being aware of any pain.
over all though, it was an exciting read and I will look forward to reading other stories you have written.
Create a Solid Character For Your Fiction (Article) - 10/12/2009 5:15:14 AM
Ken, Thanks for these tips. I usually conjure up my characters and they pretty much have characteristics of someone I have either met or knew. I guess writers tend to do this naturally, but I like the way you have described this technique of yours. Keep on writing. way to go.

Support your fellow writers! (Article) - 7/9/2009 7:36:56 PM
I will "Support your fellow writers!" I think it is good to support each other too, especially in a constructive fashion...
Thank You for this useful information Ken & your link...all to often some person without integrity of respect will randomly give supposed literary criticisms in a demeaning fashion to an author, but have no credentials other than their opinion...and I think constructive criticisms would be more beneficial to polish a skill. More importantly if the person asks for it. I know I appreciate support & the inspiration. Sorry to hear about the book you speak of....reminds me of this TV show American Idol & these people whom try out for the show were told how great they are at singing by their family & friends...how dreadful to do such a thing to someone...so the person who writes good letters...well maybe they should have been told Novels are not the same as Dear Sir, :)
Peace & Inspirations to You!

Set the Scene and Improve Your Story (Article) - 9/6/2008 12:01:29 PM
Thanks for the good pointers. I do not write short stories, but tried in past and simply could not get it done. It takes talent which I don't have but I envy you for having the talent you do.

Outsourcing English (Article) - 12/6/2007 2:19:22 AM
We are not outsourcing work, we are selling off our economy and way of life. When the sale is finally completed, the new owners will be setting the prices. The third world was the third world because there was no industry or jobs. When our industry and jobs are gone what do you think we'll be?
