A really short love story that lasts forever
She was sitting at the station waiting for her train. She read her book and was sipping her 2£ cafe au lait. She paused for a second as if to think about what the author of her book was saying. She was enjoying her minivacation in paris.
Suddenly a little boy ran up to her and said, " excuse me a man gave this for you." He smiled and handed her a note. She looked at the guy he was pointing at and she saw the waiter behind the counter of the cafe she was sitting at. She opened it and all it said was, " hi, I couldn't help but notice you were sitting there and reading coelho. So I'm making a safe bet on the fact that you might believe what I have to say next.
I dreamt of you. Repeatedly. Yesterday. Before that. In fact the first time was exactly a year ago. I even dreamed of seeing you here. Believe it or not, I left my home in search of this place and traveled the globe for 5 months till I finally found this place and settled down here got a job as a waiter and waited for you to come. I didn't even know if you'll show up or not but I believed you will and that kept me going
Now I know its too much to ask but if I can trust in a moment with my life for a year,( And believe me I almost gave up many times) is it too much to ask of you to trust in our moment for just one day. Have cofee with me and spend your day with me. Then let us see with where things go? What say?
Your friend to know
Jimmy."
She went on that date after thinking for a while. It was the most impulsive thing she did in her life and since then everything seems right.
Its been only one year to their relationship but he was right and they look like they are perfect for each other and have been together for years.
Here's wishing them a beautiful life and a happy anniversary. If you meet her don't tell her but he will ask her to marry him today. Don't tell him but she will say yes. And they will go on to start their own cafe where many more couples will find their soulmates.
Its all in taking the first step.
cheers
