A couple of blog posts ago, I said I would thank some people in my next blog post. Well, I’ve made a couple of blog posts since then and I haven’t thanked anybody yet!
Well, yes I might say I’ve been slack again, but no I really haven’t. I’ve been busy again, updating my Amazon Author Central page, reconstructing my blog, et cetera and the rest. But there are a number of people I must thank (apart from the obvious ones: my parents, grandparents, siblings and pets of course!).
I’d like to again thank author, blogger and book reviewer Holly Christine for drawing the idea to my attention. I’d also like to thank the other independent authors participating in the programme in offering their books and the troops for participating as well. There are now over 50 independent authors and over 20 troops participating in the program.
I’d also like to thank Lulu.com. Lulu.com is one of the companies that I’ve partnered with for printing my books and as my e–Commerce cart for managing my sales direct from my website for my publicly available books. Discovering Wounded Justice: Cruel Menace isn’t the only project I’ve partnered with Lulu.com to achieve. I’ve also put together a couple of family photo albums, one for one of my sisters’ wedding and the other for my Dad’s 60th birthday for family and friends who wanted mementos of the events.
Lulu.com has some great resources, such as their user forums, where users can go and ask questions of each other to find their way through the publishing process. One of the things that Lulu.com has instigated recently is an interactive author Question and Answer session (which you can read more about at Lulu’s blog) and I’m going to be a part of it! Starting October 6, I’m going to be available for a whole week in a blog–like post/thread in Lulu.com’s General Discussion community forum. Once I know where the blog post will be located, I’ll post the link.
