Here is a second excerpt from my novel project.

Salt is a dispossessed Lord, who serves in the army as a senior under officer, equivalent to an RSM. Belle is an elf woman

The Legion has been deployed tp put down a rebellion on an offshore island. During a raid, Wulfstan, Gart, and Salt end up in the harbour and not entirely by accident...
