Rated "G" by the Author.
A hunter transends the "act of hunting" and finally realizes the meaning of his love for the outdoors and it alters his life view.
A life time of hunting whitetail deer fails to reveal the subtle joy and appreciation available to, but overlooked by, many hunters. This piece tells a story of a hunter's journey to that place where it all makes sense. The vivid imagery of the forest contributes to the sensory awareness of his experiences.
