"So they mate for life?"
Diana managed a smile for the large man. This had to be his 100th question about the wolves' mating habits. "That's not entirely accurate, but they do show a preference for one mate. In both packs here only the alpha couples have mated each season." She scanned the faces in front of her. The majority stared blankly out the windows.
