Dreams of Tomorrow is based on true events that surfaced between the Middle East and Russia during the 1990's. It is about a young well educated woman looking for a stable place for herself and young daughter.

Dreams of Tomorrow

Sheila was a young, 23 year old blond haired and nice looking.  She graduated from one of the best Universities in Russia, as a communications and business specialist, and went to work for an international consortium from the Middle East to the Russian Federation.

Privileged as she was, to be able to travel outside Russia to attend trade shows and various other functions, Sheila became very concerned about pressures being put upon her to perform extra curricula activities with business patrons from around the world.

She was particularly gratified when she could return home to a small city at the base of the Ural Mountains and spend some quiet time with her daughter.  Prior to President Putin being elected to office, she was always at the balcony of despair, as she was searching for a better life than what she had in the past.  She was especially concerned for her daughter, who always stayed behind, as she was not allowed to travel outside of the country.

Like all young women with children and no husband, Sheila was looking for the right mate to give her and her daughter security and a future life as a family unit, and like so many similar situations around the world, she only found herself getting deeper in trouble with the wrong people.  It was the wrong people who eventually did her in.  Her life changed when she took a job in Dunne and was sold off one night to a few local businessmen who had taken a keen liking to her physical appearance.  On the occasion of her introduction to these people she refused to have anything to do with them other then straightforward business, the purpose for which she was there, unknown to her that she had been sold for a dollar amount by the man as a joke of conversation between men by Ahmed, the man who invited her to Dunne.  However, Ahmed, an unethical person in his own right had other ideas aside from the other men who had shown interest in Sheila.

On the following evening, at dinner, Ahmed had already made a plan to capture the blond beauty and get his just desert.  He and the others began drinking wine and invited her to toast many times over the 3 hour meal ordeal, making Sheila slip more and more into a semi alcoholic state.  In other words she became numb from too much wine.  But, Ahmed had other ideas, he invited everyone to go to a disco where they could continue idle business talk and dance.  Everyone agreed, even Sheila thought this would be okay to do, without thinking that she was about to be lost in a world of no return.  Once at the disco, Ahmed ordered everyone a cognac and some water.  And while everyone was dancing on the floor Ahmed slipped a drug substance into the water glass of Sheila’s and found himself a dance partner to finish out the song.  When everyone returned to the table and found themselves thirsty from the vibrations on the dance floor, they began to drink, of course, the water.  Sheila immediately asked what was in the water and put the glass down, but she had consumed enough to put her into another world shortly.  Within 15 minutes time Sheila began to have reactions within her body she never knew was there and not only that but she was getting hyper to the point of losing all self control.  Noticing that this was happening Ahmed told the rest of the men present that she was primed for the evening and that she would now do what was promised to them.

So, when the time came to leave, which was around 11 PM, they all left together and Sheila was so far out in space that she only knew she was with people she was familiar with and she thought that their intentions were okay.  They went to a house outside the city limits where they often went for dinners and parties, but this was going to be a night for Sheila to remember for eternity.  Immediately upon entry to the house the men went into the open living room and began discussing what they were going to do with Sheila while she was in the bathroom trying to collect her numb brain and thought’s.  When she returned to the men in the living room, she was asked if she wanted some food and drink.  Sheila sat on the long couch for a minute and Ahmed came over and put his arm around her lightly and asked if she wanted to party in the swimming pool out back with everyone in the raw flesh.  At first she was hesitant and then being a Russian and not having any secrecy about her body, she agreed so long as it was just naked swimming.

Ahmed’s plan worked well, for he knew that once she was naked in the water and began to swim causing the blood to circulate faster the drug would take over and then she would become a toy for everyone to play with.  Tony, a European, was the first one to make a play for Sheila, he swam over to her and ran his leg between her legs and she responded

Playfully.  Recognizing this he then proceeded to use playful attacks on Sheila until she became like a piece of putty in his hands.  He finally achieved what Ahmed was trying to get days ago.  He had her in his arms and she responded with positive motions and when he felt it was the right time he carefully carried her out of the pool, put her on the bed in the foyer and laid down beside her.  He played until there was no more time for playing and she let him into her body.  This was only the start, there were 4 other men now standing in line to take their turn and to see if this woman was worth the price.  Sheila was not in a frame of mind where she knew if the next man was the same man from before or whatever, but they ripped her apart, they abused her time after time, she could do nothing.  Shek, bi-sexual, was an engineer form another country and had HIV, and in the Arab world you don’t talk about this and you don’t tell anyone.  Shek was the last one to take a turn on Sheila and when he did he was the most abusive one of the lot.  He made her have sex with him 4 times before he threw her off the bed.  The men all took short naps in-between the playtime and were able to extend their unprotected sexual behavior towards Sheila time and time again.  She knew what was happening but could do nothing about it; she was powerless under the influence of alcohol and drugs.  The daylight came and Sheila was alone, bleeding from the mouth and vagina.  She had been ripped apart like an animal.  The men were gone.  Sheila went back to her hotel room in the city only to find her belongings had been gone through and her papers and passport stolen.  But, she was lucky as she had her real passport hidden away (this is something some women have learned to do when working in foreign countries.)  Sheila felt sick, terribly sick and weak from the past evening.  She still could not understand what made her become this way nor could she remember everything that happened that evening.

When she tried to leave and return to Russia, the police stopped her and arrested as a prostitute, obviously setup by her abusers.  On the evening of Feb. 25th, she made a call to someone special and asked if they would help get her out and back to Russia.  The help came, but it was too late, Sheila had disappeared.  The immoral behavior of these people gives a conclusion of disgust.  And poor Sheila, she possibly has HIV, that is if she still lives.  But where could she be? And, Why would someone do her harm?  What dark corner of the world did she fall into?  For Sheila, her Dreams of Tomorrow will never be, the dark side of unsolicited trafficking shattered her life forever.  And for many women like Sheila, their lives are a meaningless existence with only agonizing death as its reward.

Again, on the subject of HIV and other diseases, women are more susceptible to contracting these diseases than their male counterparts.  So, if you are a woman and you suspect immoral behavior from male contacts, you should know who your friends are or you should walk as far away as possible from these types of people, who, on the surface appear to be friends, who eventually display immoral advances.  The men involved are not your everyday types from the Middle East or other countries; they are International businessmen, some with connections in high places.  Some are even involved in trafficking of drugs and precious items possibly through Diplomatic channels, avoiding Customs scrutiny.

When someone approaches you with opportunities to make good money, be in films, work as a hostess, maid, secretary or whatever in a foreign land, you should report this activity to your police to get verification that the opportunity is for real.  Above all, this is a scenario that can happen in any country in the world.  If you have no trust of local authorities then go to a friendly Embassy or United Nations Office and request assistance.

Wow this was good, really well written. The subject matter was pretty dark and more than a little scary, but it's serves as a warning for many women. I hope many more people read and review this; it deserves a serious look. Good job William keep the stories coming..:-)
