The Face is the first short story in my collection: "The Face and Other Fantastic Tales." It tells the story of a painter and a model and how their lives become interwoven after he paints her portrait. It has a strange twist at the end, as do most of my short stories. I hope that you enjoy it.

Good Job , Ron ! It had me tied down to my seat until the end. I also like your Screenplay with the kids finding the homeless man. MLK

The Face is the story that really defines your writing style. Very strong one. This is the one that I got right into from the get go. This one does have a lot of passion behind it, I am sending you another reader -- she was one of my newest readers and told them if she liked what I did, give your work a read.

Ronald Dondiego has written a book that stirs my soul. He is a passionate writer, reflecting genius. This book has all of the qualities of what short stories are all about, keeping you so intrigued that you turn the page for more.
There is mystery, a darkness to some and love/romance in others. He weaves tales so spell binding in his stories that you read each story more than once. Janet Caldwell
