Mr. Dog and honesty
Mr. Dog was depressed. He’d lost his job. His wifey, Mrs. Dog and his three baby Doggies: Doggito, Doggita and Doggibu left him all alone.
“I’ll come back when you get a job and a place and can support us,” said Mrs. Dog.
One day, Mr. Dog was walking along the pier. He noticed a brown bag full of money. He picked it up and called the police to return it. When his friends asked him why someone in his position would return such a large amount of money, he simply stated:
“One’s strength lies in integrity.”

Hi, lili! I found your review of my doggie-poem, so it was only fitting that I read your own doggie story.
Mr. Dog is very wise indeed, and this short-short was enjoyable for me. I have a feeling everything will turn out all right for the Dog Family!

Ah, You have hit the nail on the head! Without integrity we are nothing...
Now if only his wife and children had had a little more integrity and trust in him!
