I moved to Bullhead City, AZ last April 2006. An alleged friend told me I could use her home until I got settled, found a place to live and furniture, however, she changed her mind left me in a lurch which coincided with an on-the-job accident that went unmentioned.

On 9-25-06, Sam's Club - Manager, Dawn Avello -experience; bell hop --now Manager ---fired me just before my health insurance went into effect --- because she could.

It is criminal the way Walmart/Sam's Club treats their employees.

Since August 2, 2006, I have tried to find a Doctor who will find out what is wrong with me. Isn't it wonderful in the land of America that a conglomerate can chew up and spit out their workers?

Sam's Club is like a cat who licks their workers then spits them out like a fur ball. I am a victim of Sam's Club. Hired on 7-15-06 and TERMIN-ATE-D on 9-25-06 even though I was suffering from a job related injury that occurred on 8-02-06.

When you are hired you have to read and pass tests on all of their rules, regulations, standards, ethics, safety, emergency procedures, management opportunities, supervisory expectations, insurance benefits, Corporate goals, etc. ---- prior to actually working.

However, when an accident occurs they purposely fail to report it so that Management can receive more chips! Dawn Avello fired me because she could fire me -- AZ is a right to work State which means you can be fired at whim -- there is no job security -- there does not have to be job training -- they DO retaliate if you step out of their line of micro management -- this means that if you choose to participate in the "open door policy" with NO RETALIATION!! You are punished and spit out of your job -- you are the fur ball.

Is there any class action suit against Walmart Corporation that I could attach to?

This story continues to date which is now April 2007. I have been to numerous Doctors until they figured out that my left hand needs surgery and a tear in my right shoulder MAYBE can be rehabilitated -- no surgery. Just found that out 5-3-07.

It is unbelievable that I have no money and no help. I get food stamps and medical, however, I can not work and I need to pay the rent and utilities.

I hate to think I could end up homeless and I am at the border line level. My family has exhausted their extra help with finances. I am stuck in the middle of nowhere -- Bullshit City -- and the best I can say is there is help with food -- however you wait in line between the street people and the meth addicts.

I am in the process of Vocational Rehabilitation that the DES provides Rehab opportunity consists of a process --to assist you in matching your qualifications -- your strengths and/or weaknesses. Psychological testing is offered.

I was so aggravated, I was grinding my teeth causing 8 abscesses and Access/Medicaid wanted to pull all 8 teeth out. I have alerted my readers in the past how Medicaid just pulls out all the teeth -- they don't pay to fix them. I have over $100,000 in my mouth from past years trying to maintain and protect and keep my own teeth.

The cervical strain has subsided and I feel great that my neck was not injured in the accident. I was extremely concerned because in 2001, I had 3 disc fusions in my neck, however, the surgery did not falter in the accident.

So far Walmart HEADS have made me drive to Phoenix (over 500 miles round trip) to see the Walmart choice Doctors to reevaluate the evaluations I have been going through for almost one year. It is really a long time to get a judge to hear your case and decide on your life. What's a girl to do???
