Oh, my, Karla, you surprised me here! I thought for sure we'd be talking about one of those Texas superstorms. And I was right. What I got was a superstorm of shared passion which really started moving my emotions with your "Dark eyes promised a night of passion."
But I just hate the thought of a baby, a tiny but real person, being thought of as "a little souvenier." For sure, that attitude brings "A World of Hurt." Yes, I say it's time for this stud to stop being a sperm-donor and to start being a man. Babies need fathers, not visitors.
My dear Karla, you packed an amazing amount of drama in so few lines!
A terrific piece of literature by a great writer. Well done!
Richard

With all the winds you've been through, I understand the inspiration...Your imagery and word choice more visual than any picture; powerful, and quaintly sexy. You seemed to have written this in December, but of course a good write is timeless.
Great work. |

Yep, I saw one of those little funnel thingys one day and told my friend someone is in for it. Not really a tornado yet, but headed for one. Sure enough they were. Thankfully it landed up the road a piece.
