If making a decision is easy...you're not challenging yourself enough!

Aren't you cute...(fill in the blank). You look so...(fill in the blank). But, now...you're grown! And...you really need to do things differently! Let me ask you a question...

Q: Why are you (still) making the same improper (or poor) food choices; which knowingly causes you not to succeed? (Hello...!)

A: The answer that I get from folks - most of the time - deals with a universal problem! It’s what I call...that all important “Comfort Zone.” Yeah...and you know it!

I hear it all of the time... “I feel more comfortable in eating those foods...than to change my ways.” And...you know what????

It’s true ...most folks do not like to make difficult or unpopular food choices (i.e., vegetables, fruits, or bottled spring water) - especially when "your" cash-is-low; and when you're hungry!

Hint: This feeling (i.e., comfort zone) is at the core of "quality decision making processes;" and folks need to dis-engage from it more often than not!
