Peanut, better known as Peanut George,
Was born in Neosho, Missouri, just south of Joplin,
Along with his brothers and sisters, in a little white house,
on a great big hill.
All the little puppies were given to very good homes,
and so the story of Peanutís life begins.
Out of all the puppies that Duchess had, none stood out as
much as Peanut did.
Maybe it was the way his hair was just a little bit unruly,
Kinda curling this way and that, on top of his head. Or maybe
it was his colors, gold and white circles allover his body. What
ever it was, he was certainly the cutest little puppy in all the
land, or at least all of the Ozarks.†
